BRASS VALVE DIVISION is spacious and well laid out shop. The modern production facilities equipped with CNC machines, Special Purpose Machines (SPMs), and testing equipment for total control of all operations. The laboratory is equipped with latest testing instruments including facilities for PMI. Gauge calibration facility ensures the correct measuring instruments are always used in production shop.

It has setup of all imported machineries with facility of forging Presses for Non-ferrous material. Presently the unit is manufacturing critical brass Valves like Self Closing LPG Valves for Oil industries, Multi Function Valves for automotive use, Electrical Transformer Products and other automotive forged and machined components.

To keep pace with the market demands for faster deliveries and customer service, the division’s operations are fully integrated across other plants through SAP system.
