Conventional machines and CNC Machines are kept under different roofs for easy maintenance high productivity. Experienced personnel having multi skill operations are handling the machines. New imported CNC machines can handle different types of operations at a single setting which will enable high productivity.

In House Spectrometer and Portable Positive Material Identification (PMI) machines ensure right material from incoming stage to final dispatch. In house Calibration facility ensures accurate usage of all measuring equipments with up to date calibration with individual status code.

Valve testing facility is capable of handling more than 1000 valves at a time. Use of dual pressure gauges ensures even pressure status at all points.

Heavy duty EOT cranes with auxiliary hooks, Jib Cranes and other equipments are available for material handling.
